Our service

We provide a fully integrated service covering every aspect of your security requirements.


Survey

First we survey your site to determine your requirements and to specify the equipment needed to satisfy them. Every situation is slightly different so we only send out highly qualified Surveyors with many years experience of securing sites. Most often they will identify issues that clients have not even considered themselves. They always offer helpful advice, not only to maximise the effectiveness of our security service, but also to help the clients themselves to use the system to maximum effect for cost saving site management purposes.

Installation

Next we send in our qualified CCTV Engineers to install the equipment including any extra lighting required, whether infrared or conventional, plus all the necessary detection systems to alert the Towers to intrusion. This can be anything from ‘fences’ of invisible beams, right through to ground hugging radar.

Commissioning

Once the system has been installed, usually within 2 hours or so, it is fully tested by the CAT2 Monitoring station to ensure it is ready to secure the site. At the monitoring station end, all protocols layed down by the client, in terms of how we should respond to various types of intrusion, are logged to the individual site.

For instance, should the intruders be children playing on the site, a serious Health and Safety issue, you might instruct us to simply warn them away initially via the powerful audio PA system, with which all the towers are equipped. However, if the intruders are thieves or saboteurs, then you might wish us to remain silent and call the Police.

The variables are infinite, but we pride ourselves in the flexibility and versatility of our service. We can even operate automatic barriers or water valves for you. Virtually anything with electronic control functionality. We think that we have seen it all, but you might be the ones to prove us wrong!

Key holding service

Part of our service normally includes the provision of a local SIA licensed Key Holding service. We use local associates for this in order to ensure rapid response in terms of meeting the Police on site in the event of an intrusion. This negates the need for a member of your staff to attend the site during anti-social hours with all the inherent Health and Safety implications that confronting potentially dangerous and violent intruders can bring.

Your site management

Last but not by any means least, we inform you how to access the towers on your sites, and give you the necessary passwords so that you can log onto them anytime during working hours for site management and auditing purposes.
